Welcome to the 2025 Big Sky Country State Fair

Please refer to the Competitors Guide before completing your entries.

If you are less than 18 years of age, you must have your parent/guardian's approval to enter. Completing your entry acknowledges that you have received permission.

We have all new Premiums & Special Awards:1st Place = $7, 2nd Place = $5, 3rd Place = $3, Ribbon Placings to Third Place (if warranted by judge), Premiums are paid at Exhibit Building 2 at Check-Out on July 21 Special rosettes and gift card may be awarded for the following:• Adult Best of Show—$100 • Adult Reserve Best of Show- $50 • Youth Best of Show-$75 • Youth Reserve Best of Show-$25 • People’s Choice Award • Superintendent’s Award

We will be taking registrations ONLINE (preferred) opening April 1st, 2025 thru July 11th or In-Person at the Fair Office by 5pm July3rd. There will be NO LATE ENTERIES this year.

Sunday, July 13 12pm-4pm Creative Fine Arts/ Photography/ Quilting/Textiles Only
Monday, July 14 11am-6pm Creative Fine Arts/ Photography/ Quilting/Textiles Only
Tuesday, July 15 8am-4pm Horticulture/Culinary Only
